mencari masalah sendiri..padan muka!

Alamak!!aku tensen..semalam aku sembang ngan staf ku..pasal barang kemas..depa pun tengoklah barang kemas ku yg agak nipis ini..tapi, depa tak la kata apa2 pun..

then, aku terus tengok diaorang punya rantai tangan emas..punyalah tebal..tensen2!!

lantas, pada pukul 2 petang ja, aku off..n terus menuju ke kedai emas..n terus berkenan kat satu rantai tangan emas beharga RM2k..wa.kaka...ka.ka..

terus aku booking!

Balik umah, aku masak kat hubby macam biasa, then aku terlena sat..duk pk..nak cari duit mana RM2k nie..ada ja duit saving..akan tetapi..takkan nak kacau lak kan..

argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!tensen..

akhirnya..erm..dapat gak duit..tapi, tak leh habaq!!nanti, hubby ku tahu...

ha..ha..ha..

esok, ada rantai tangan baru..hu2!!

tapi,sebenarnya..aku memang mencari masalah..bush!!!2 tumbuk siket muka sendiri..

semalam tak masak..

Yesterday, ada launch talk yang dibuat oleh company ubat..maka,aku makan dengan enakknya, nasi tomatao n ayam masak merah..tup..tup..lepas talk tu, ada lauk n nasi banayk sanagt mlebih,maka dengan muka tak malunya, aku pun ambik siket bwk balik..

ala..siket ja..org lain pun sama..dari membazir tak tentu hala kan..ahaks!

balik umah ja, terus panaskan nasi tomato n lauk ayam tu..goreng telur dadar plus ngan cili padi potong..shedap babe!!

suamiku pulang kerumah dalam pukul 6 lebih..erm..bukak ja tudung saji, terus tersenyum..amboi!bini abang masak nasi tomato ke???

ish..tak mungkin lah..mana sempat..kalau weekend tu, lainlah ek!dalam pukul 7 lebih lepas pray..kami boleh melantak habis-habisan ..kenyang..Blurp...

Hana, macam biasa kesana-kesini dengan mainannya..


ops!!!tak pakai baju..macam biasa...ha..ha..

Hari nie ada majlis perpisahan untuk Tuan Haji yunos,maka save siket duit aku..
esok gaji..walla!!!enjoy babe...
setelahbekerja dengan semputnya..maka,aku dibayar..hu2!!

ok,topic hari ie..mungkin agak berguna..tapi disebabkan aku dah masuk Persatuan Laktasi ,kementerian kesihatan malaysia..maka...aku nak jugak lah berbakti pada nusa, bangsa dan negara..eceh!!hu2!!

MYTHS ABOUT BREAST FEEDING

• Myth: If your breasts don’t become larger during pregnancy or if you have small breasts you will not be able to breast feed.

Truth: Many women will not notice any change in their breasts but will breast feed successfully. Breast size has nothing to do with success in breast feeding.

• Myth: If you don’t express colostrums during pregnancy, your milk ducts will get blocked.

Truth: The milk will usually flow even if colostrums has not been expressed. But it may be necessary to express milk for storage after birth, so it is useful to learn how it is done.

• Myth: If your baby has to go to the Special Care Unit in the hospital you cannot breast feed your baby.

Truth: You can definitely breast feed your baby. In fact, a baby in ‘Special Care’ needs breast milk more than ever. Inform the Special Care staff that you wish to breast feed. If your baby cannot suck, they will show you how to express milk so that it can be given to him or her.

• Myth: You have to avoid certain types of foods.

Truth: It is usually safe to eat your normal foods.

• Myth: Your baby milk could be too weak for your baby.

Truth: Your milk is fine for your baby. Once the milk has ‘come in’, it may sometimes change in appearance, varying from creamy to watery. This is perfectly normal.

• Myth: Your milk may dry up.

Truth: This can happen, but it is less likely if you allow the baby to suck when he or she wants to, if you can remain relaxed, eat a healthy and balanced diet and get plenty of rest.

• Myth: I don’t have to involve my husband in the care for the baby.

Truth: It is very important to involve the father in decisions about the care for the baby. He will feel more involved. Discuss together how you will feed your baby.

• Myth: Breast feeding will spoil my breasts.

Truth: If women lose their bustline after giving birth it is almost always because they have let the muscles, which support the breasts, become overstretched. If you want to keep your figure, it is important to wear a good supporting bra. It is also very good to regularly exercise your chest muscles.

• Myth: You can’t breast feed after a caesarian section.

Truth: You can cuddle and feed your baby soon after delivery, but you will need some help. You will have to lie in bed for the first few hours, but will be encouraged to get up and move around soon after, to promote the healing.

• Myth: You shouldn’t feed your baby at night.

Truth: It is important to also feed your baby at night as long as he or she wants. The easiest way is to let the baby sleep with you so he or she can breast feed without disturbing you. Breast feeding at night gives your baby extra time for sucking. This helps to keep up the milk supply and if you are away for a part of the day, your baby can get much of the milk he or she needs at night.

• Myth: You should also give your baby water, sugar water or fruit juice.

Truth: For the first 4-6 months your baby does not need any other feed or fluid except breast milk. Even after delivery, before your milk ‘comes in’, your baby does not need extra water as a normal baby is born with a store of water, which keeps him or her hydrated until the milk comes in.

• Myth: You cannot breast feed with an inverted nipple.

Truth: Remember: babies do not nipple feed; they breast feed! From the beginning, encourage your baby to take a large mouthful of breast. As your baby feeds, he or she will draw the nipple out by sucking.

Alhamdulillah, aku masih menyusu anakku walaupun dia sekarang dah berusia 1 tahun 3 bulan..

sungguh mudah..tak perlu bancuh susu malam2..

tp, for those yang memang tak ada susu/baby tak nak minum susu badan/atau ada masalah2 yang menyebabkan sukar untuk menyusu, saya sangat2 simpati...

ok, i stop dulu..da!!!

Hari nie, kerja macam biasa..well, keseronokan bekerja haruslah ditanam dalam hatiku dalam2!!
Mr.gopal cuti (he is my dispenser) yang amat2 setia pada arahan aku..tq Mr.Gopal..
maka, hari ini kerja kena lebih!hu2!!

semalam, ya ampun..aku tak leh tido!plus ngan hubby..panas sangat2 kedah nie..tak tahan..dah la air-cond tak leh pasang kat umah sewa!( tunggulah..rumah baru siap ja..air-cond aku pasang merata2 kat dalam umah!)..amboi..macam kaya ja..ahaks!

maka, kami ambik kipas berdiri tu, terus ja pasang..termasuk ngan kipas kat siling lagi..peh!!berangin satu bilik..baru boleh lena beb!!ha2!!

semalam Hana macam biasa, bermain2 ngan mainan nya..ajar baca buku siket..pastu bukak vcd lagu2 ABC..kasi paham siket plus ngan ajar dia colour buku.macam terer ja hana ek!!he2!!

ok, nak start kerja sudah..hari nie, ada company ubat nak bg talk..queit intersting topic..pasal Insulin..at least up date lah siket kepala otak aku nie..mengenai ubat2 yang the lattest..

well..aku dah lama tak tulis blog..agak bz dengan kerja,suami ,anak n rumahku untuk dikemas..
cuti 4 hari baru nie,tiap2 hari aku p jalan dengan hubby n hana..wow!!sangat menyeronokkan..kami p sunway carnival,esok tu p queensbay mall..erm..yang tu jelah..dan seperti biasa,anakku mesti dapat maian ..
mainan yg terbaru, nak tengok..macam nie lah..:
anak aku pun,pulun naik..tapi,aku kena adalah kan..nanti jatuh lak..ish!!takutlah..punyalah besar mainan nie.aku p beli kat Toys R US..punya duk pilih..tup..tup..terjumpa si izwan..tergezut lah jugak aku pun..
dia macam biasalah, duk survey barang2 mainan kegemaran dia..
26-28//12/2008 nie,aku hubby n hana nak p cameron...saja bawak jalan2 si hana tu, next month baru nak pegi langkawi ..akhir tahun depan..hubby ajak round bahagian timur..tapi tak tau lagi..baru dalam plan..sebab next year aku kena mengandung..tahun 1 lagi, baru nak bersalin.hu2!!!
untuk pengetahuan Cik Liana, rumah saya kat Laguna tu, tak siap lagi..akhir tahun 2009 baru siap..tak sabar dah nie, nak stay kat rumah sendiri..duk sewa ja..busan!!
